Senior Safety Leader – Autonomous Transit Operations

Transdev is seeking a Safety Leader to join the Operations and Safety Teams in the U.S. This role supports the Director of Safety by managing safety performance, KPIs, SLAs, and strategies while interfacing with client counterparts to ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include leading safety programs, developing processes, and presenting performance metrics to executives. Requires a Bachelor’s in Safety Science and 5+ years of leadership in safety, ideally with AV/tech exposure.
