I'm working with a well-funded New York fintech. They're scaling their engineering team and want a Senior Rails Engineer to take real ownership of their core platform.
Payments, ledgers and banking integrations in a mature Rails codebase APIs connecting to banks, payment processors and data providers Performance and reliability on systems where accuracy really matters Mentoring engineers and shaping architecture as the platform grows
5+ years in software engineering, with strong Ruby on Rails experience
Solid PostgreSQL and API design skills
A testing-first mindset (RSpec or Minitest)
Bonus: fintech, payments or compliance experience (KYC/AML, PCI)
