Senior RN Nursing Leader | Assistant Director of Nursing

Villa Center is looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing RN to oversee and evaluate nursing services while maintaining quality standards of care. You will be responsible for supervising nursing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing the nursing department's functions, including recruitment and training.

The ideal candidate should have strong management and financial skills along with a current RN license.
