NHS Scotland is recruiting a Band 7 Registered Mental Health Nurse to lead improvements in Enhanced Therapeutic Observation and Care (ETOC) across acute hospital sites in Ayrshire and Arran.
The role focuses on strengthening the quality, coordination, and consistency of care for patients requiring 1:1 observation, cohorted and detained patients, with a view to safer care and more efficient workforce use. 36 hours per week and a UK driving licence are required.
