Senior Risk Management Associate (Fully Remote)

• Manage ERM programs and initiatives, including process mapping and project management using PMP methodologies.
• Partner with front-line management and executives to track statuses, escalate issues, and coordinate resolutions.
• Serve as a risk liaison between business units and Risk Management, and champion ERM priorities through education.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years in risk management and/or consulting, with at least 3 years in risk programs or project management.
• Preferred PMP or Scrum Master certification, with familiarity in Agile process mapping.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Visio, and PowerBI, and the ability to work in a virtual, cross-functional environment.
• Pay range of $123,500 to $142,000 per year, plus performance bonus.
