Working remotely, the full-time Senior Risk and AI Analyst will provide second-line oversight across technology and operational risk, advance AI capabilities, and manage complex assignments while contributing to enterprise risk management practices. Key Responsibilities Provide second-line oversight across technology and operational risk domains, assessing first-line controls and identifying improvement opportunities Analyze data to identify emerging risks and trends, developing risk reporting and dashboards to support management decision-making Design and implement AI-enabled solutions and workflows to enhance risk monitoring and analytical effectiveness Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Risk Management, or a related field 3+ years of relevant experience in risk management, financial services operations, auditing, or compliance Experience in a regulated financial services environment such as banking, fintech, or payments Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data, translating findings into practical business insights Experience using AI tools as part of everyday work and communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences
