Senior RFP Specialist

As a key member of the Global RFP Team, the full-time Senior RFP Specialist will lead the development of complex RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure high-quality, timely responses that enhance client relationships, operating in a hybrid work model based in Boston, MA or Baltimore, MD. Key responsibilities Lead the preparation and coordination of complex RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and client questionnaires, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Partner with Sales, Consultant Relations, and other stakeholders to develop compelling, client-focused responses and proposal strategies Champion proposal quality by reviewing and editing content to ensure alignment with brand standards and compliance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience 5+ years of proposal writing or related experience within asset management or financial services Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex proposal projects in a fast-paced environment Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with proposal or content management systems Broad knowledge of investment products and financial markets or the ability to develop this knowledge quickly
