Senior RevOps Manager | Rapid Growth AI SaaS Startup | Boston, MA
The Client
Harmonic is delighted to be supporting one of the fastest growing AI companies globally. The business is building a next-generation platform that enables large enterprises to rapidly adopt AI, modernize legacy systems, and significantly accelerate software development cycles.
With a dual-product offering, the platform is used both at the enterprise level to drive large-scale transformation initiatives and by product and engineering teams to improve speed, efficiency, and overall output in building and deploying new applications.
Having launched recently with a SaaS-based model, the company has already achieved significant early traction, scaling past $40m ARR within their first year and raising a ~$150m Series A. The business is now entering a phase of hypergrowth, with ambitious targets and a clear path toward becoming a category-defining platform as it works toward an eventual IPO.
The Role
The Senior RevOps Manager will own a significant part of the company\'s annual sales planning process, including segmentation analysis, territory design, capacity planning, and quota setting. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who is AI-native, using AI and agentic tools to automate planning work that has traditionally been manual, including fully automated territory modeling. It is a foundational role in the company\'s push toward frictionless selling, frictionless annual planning, and fully automated reporting across the GTM organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end annual sales planning cycle, including segmentation analysis, territory design, capacity planning, and quota setting
- Build and maintain territory and quota models using systems such as Anaplan or QuotaPath, ensuring accuracy and scalability as the business grows
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Marketing leadership to align planning assumptions with revenue targets and go-to-market strategy
- Leverage AI and agentic AI tools to automate manual planning processes, including territory modeling and capacity planning
- Design and implement scalable processes for pipeline, forecasting, and performance reporting across the GTM organization
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and gaps, translating findings into clear recommendations for leadership
- Manage ongoing territory and quota adjustments throughout the year in response to headcount changes, market conditions, or shifting business priorities
- Act as the go-to point of contact for sales leadership on planning, systems, and process questions
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a Sales Strategy role at a mid-to-large organization
- Demonstrable experience owning a significant part of annual sales planning: program management, segmentation analysis, territory modeling, capacity planning, and quota planning
- Hands-on experience with quota and territory systems such as Anaplan, QuotaPath, or comparable platforms
- AI-native, with a track record of using AI tools and agentic AI to translate business requirements into high-impact, automated outcomes
- Experience in a quota-carrying sales role
- Genuine interest in building modern, automated GTM and revenue operations functions
