We’re seeking a Senior Revenue Cycle Partner to serve as a trusted billing expert to outpatient practice owners. In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end billing operations and support front desk workflows for small healthcare practices while working hand-in-hand with our software engineering team to influence the direction of our AI technology.
This position is perfect for someone with 5+ years of practice administration and revenue cycle experience in an outpatient setting in allied health (PT, OT, ST, dietitians).

What You'll Do
- Act as the go-to revenue cycle partner for independent outpatient practice owners
- Manage the full billing lifecycle: claims submission, follow-ups, denial resolution, patient statements, and payer communication
- Support front desk and administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with revenue cycle best practices.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations to improve collections and cash flow
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers and product leaders to build and refine AI-enabled billing tools
What We're Looking For
We’re seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented professional with deep experience in healthcare billing and operations. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a natural coach, and a proactive team player who takes pride in their work and thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Location: Based in the United States
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) with a consistent 8 hours per day schedule, sometime between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM local time
- Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available
- Remote Readiness: Reliable remote work setup, including quiet workspace and internet
- 5+ years in practice administration and revenue cycle management at an outpatient healthcare setting in allied health—PT, OT, ST, dietetics
- Expertise in billing, with a strong understanding of claims, denials, and payer policies.
- Experience overseeing front desk and administrative functions in an outpatient setting.
