Responsibilities

• Own Your Workstream: Take full ownership of a critical revenue cycle workstream, managing processes from end to end and ensuring operational excellence.
• Uncover Opportunities: Dive deep into complex datasets using Excel and SQL to identify trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, and solve key business challenges.
• Tell the Story: Transform your analysis into compelling narratives and data visualizations, using real-time deck building to present your findings to stakeholders.
• Drive Improvement: Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to provide a holistic view of business performance and recommend data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Revenue Cycle Analyst .
• Expert-level Excel skills, with a strong ability to report, analyze, and interpret data to create a clear narrative.
• (Nice to have) A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• (Nice to have) Previous experience in the healthcare industry .
• Engaging & Curious: You are naturally engaging and deeply curious, always asking "why" and looking for a better way.
• High EQ: You have a high emotional intelligence (EQ), allowing you to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.

Compensation

Base pay range: $33.00/hr - $41.00/hr

To ensure fair and equitable pay, our salary for this remote role is based on your geographic location. The estimated hourly pay rates are:

• Major Metro Areas (e.g., Seattle, NYC, Boston): roughly $40.91/hour
• Regional Hubs (e.g., Malvern, Baltimore): roughly $39.08/hour
• Southern Cities (e.g., Nashville, Austin): roughly $37.21/hour
• Rural Locations : roughly $33.50/hour

Note: There may be upward flexibility for candidates with exceptionally strong and relevant experience.
