Serving as a subject matter expert, the full-time Senior Retirement Benefits Administrator will manage the strategic administration, compliance, and operational execution of qualified and nonqualified retirement programs, including the 401(k) Plan and Deferred Compensation Plan, while collaborating with various stakeholders in a remote or hybrid environment. Key responsibilities Provide guidance on complex regulatory, operational, and administrative issues affecting retirement plans Ensure compliance with ERISA, IRS, Department of Labor, and other federal regulations governing retirement and deferred compensation plans Lead retirement plan projects, including vendor transitions, system implementations, and regulatory compliance initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field 7 years of progressive experience administering qualified and non-qualified retirement plans Demonstrated experience interpreting ERISA, IRS, Department of Labor, and Section 409A regulations Experience managing retirement plan audits, Form 5500 preparation, and compliance testing Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to interpret complex plan documents and regulations
