Senior Retail Security & Operations Leader

Securitas seeks a Retail Security Director to oversee day-to-day security operations for assigned client accounts in the United States. You will manage site and shift supervisors, ensure high-quality services, and drive operational and financial performance.

You will recruit, train, coach, and evaluate personnel, maintain client relationships, and ensure compliance with policies while being available for emergencies outside normal hours.
