To support a growing real estate technology startup, the full-time Senior Residential Title Specialist will perform and review complex residential title searches, analyze chains of title, and ensure accurate documentation in a fully remote setting. Key responsibilities: Perform and review complex residential title searches and analyze chains of title Research and interpret various title-related documents, ensuring all required documents are correctly attached and presented Conduct final quality reviews of title searches before completion and delivery Required qualifications: 9+ years of residential title search/title examination experience in the United States Extensive hands-on experience independently performing and completing title searches Strong knowledge of chain of title, vesting, property ownership, and title search terminology Proven ability to identify clouds or defects in title and determine the relevance of recorded documents Ability to work independently on complex title searches while maintaining a high level of accuracy
