For our client, we are seeking a Senior Researcher Consumer (advanced) to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $167,280 – $196,800 annually
Responsibilities
- Lead UX research for the Advanced Trade team
- Conduct mixed-methods research for sophisticated traders
- Synthesize qualitative findings with quantitative data
- Maintain scalable research programs to stay connected with user needs
- Guide stakeholders in using research insights for product strategy
Qualifications
- 5+ years of user research experience with large product areas
- Experience working with sophisticated, hard-to-reach populations
- Ability to merge qualitative and quantitative data
- Proven track record in managing research across competing needs
- Familiarity with crypto trading is a plus
- Responsible use of generative AI in research processes
