The role focuses on establishing and governing the requirements management plan, traceability across business and system levels, and ensuring regulatory compliance for a landmark transportation program. The individual will coordinate with design, systems, construction, and testing teams, manage RVTM/VCRM artifacts, and drive SMART requirements that are verifiable through
