Leading end-to-end Agile Release Train (ART) execution, the remote contract Senior Release Train Engineer will facilitate PI Planning, manage cross-team risks, and integrate AI-driven delivery workflows to optimize software quality and delivery speed. Key responsibilities Lead end-to-end Agile Release Train (ART) execution and facilitate PI Planning ceremonies Identify and manage cross-team risks, dependencies, and delivery impediments Coach product and engineering stakeholders on SAFe, Lean-Agile, and continuous delivery methodologies Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field 3+ years of experience leading teams using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) 3+ years of technical program management experience facilitating multi-team software deliveries 3+ years of experience leveraging AI tools and AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) processes
