To support the Cloud Platform Agile Release Train in a regulated medical device environment, the remote Senior Release Train Engineer will manage PI Planning, coordinate multiple Agile teams, and drive execution while ensuring alignment on priorities and tracking delivery metrics. Key Responsibilities Lead and facilitate PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Syncs, and other SAFe ceremonies Manage and track cross-team dependencies, integration activities, risks, and issues Provide visibility into ART execution through metrics, milestone tracking, and delivery forecasting Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in software development program/project management or Agile delivery 3+ years serving as an RTE, Senior Scrum Master, or Agile Program Manager supporting multiple Agile teams Strong SAFe Agile experience, including PI Planning and ART execution Experience in regulated medical device environments Proven ability to manage dependencies, integrations, and stakeholder communications
