Senior Regulatory Strategy Specialist

Supporting the development and execution of regulatory intelligence and readiness, the full-time Senior Regulatory Strategy Specialist will monitor regulatory developments, prepare executive-level reporting, and assist with regulatory examinations in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Monitor and analyze regulatory developments from various authorities, assessing their applicability and business impact Support regulatory examinations and inquiries, coordinating document requests and managing examination activities Prepare regulatory intelligence summaries and maintain a structured repository of regulatory developments and trends Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, risk, compliance, public policy, or a related field 5+ years of experience in financial services compliance, regulatory affairs, legal, or risk management Working knowledge of financial services regulatory frameworks and ability to interpret complex regulatory materials Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Experience supporting regulatory examinations or regulatory change management programs
