Pay rang: $75k-$110k

Job Description :

• The organization is seeking a Senior Registered Client Support Associate to serve as a key support resource in a client management office.
• The role involves assisting a senior team member, supporting client accounts, and preparing to take on more responsibilities over time.
• The candidate will work closely with senior team members to ensure smooth operations and client service continuity, with a focus on long-term succession planning and knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior team members in managing client accounts and related activities.
• Assist in client service delivery to ensure needs are met effectively.
• Participate in training and mentoring provided by experienced team members.
• Help facilitate transition plans for workload distribution and succession.
• Be available for in-person presence during initial onboarding and certain scheduled days.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to organizational standards and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a client associate or similar support role within a financial or advisory environment.
• Licensure in relevant regulatory or licensing requirements.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of the business and client management processes.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in client support roles, especially with strong licensing credentials.
• Experience working in a flexible work environment, with remote work as an optional benefit.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing workload and support needs.
• Prior experience in a support role that involves succession planning or mentorship.
