Senior Recruitment Lead - Remote, High-Impact Hiring

Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Industry Lead / Manager / Sr. Manager to own and deliver recruitment mandates across key clients. This role involves end-to-end ownership of mandates, client engagement, and team contribution , along with building strong industry networks and driving high-quality closures.

• Recruiting for and closing mandates given by client with support of seniors / independently
• Plan & execute the client deliverables.
• Deliver consistently on individual recruitment targets and team goals
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationship management
• Understand client requirements deeply and translate them into effective hiring strategies for Mid to top management hiring, Niche hiring
• Should have an excellent network in the industry and should be able to source profiles from non-conventional recruitment channels.
• Mentor and guide junior team members/recruiters
• Strong hands on head hunting experience required.
• Support driving team productivity and delivery excellence
• Contribute to building best practices within the team
