To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Recruitment Consultant will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across insurance and banking sectors while working remotely, focusing on client engagement, candidate attraction, and successful placement delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from vacancy qualification to placement and aftercare Lead client intake calls to understand hiring requirements and deliver high-quality candidate shortlists Develop new business opportunities through networking and proactive business development activities Required Qualifications Proven recruitment experience in agency, RPO, or talent solutions environments Experience managing full lifecycle recruitment processes Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Commercial awareness and interest in business development Experience within insurance, banking, or financial services is advantageous
