As a Senior Consultant , you’ll run your own desk, work directly with high-growth clients, and earn commission that actually reflects your effort.

What You’ll Do:

• Take full ownership of a 360 specialist desk in life sciences
• Manage client relationships and close your own deals
• Source, pitch, and place candidates in pharma, biotech, and clinical roles
• Hunt for new business and expand your vertical
• Collaborate with high-performing teammates who hustle like you

• 24+ months of agency recruiting experience
• Track record of hitting targets and loving the chase
• Confidence on the phone and creativity in outreach
• Commercial mindset with a competitive edge

Compensation is commensurate with experience. This is a performance-driven role with a competitive base salary and a strong emphasis on uncapped commission. For Senior Consultants, base salaries start at $50,000+ , with higher starting points available for those with direct industry experience. OTE's with commission typically range from $85,000–$350,000+ depending on performance.
