Director of Major Gifts & Philanthropy to play a key leadership role within Solution Community's Development Team, reporting directly to the Chief Development Officer. In this role, the Director will be responsible for cultivating relationships with high-net-worth individuals, major donors, and philanthropists, securing large-scale gifts that align with the mission and vision of Solution Community. She/he will help shape and execute the organization’s long-term funding strategies and ensure continued financial support for Solution Community initiatives.
