Key responsibilities Support critical hiring needs through strategic passive talent sourcing and full lifecycle recruitment across various roles Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver qualified talent while providing an exceptional candidate experience Conduct talent mapping and competitive intelligence research to adapt to changing business requirements and enhance candidate engagement strategies Required qualifications Passion for building a career in technical recruiting, with a preference for expertise in passive candidate sourcing Strong knowledge of sourcing tactics and best practices to build a diverse candidate pipeline Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct research and utilize data to inform recruitment strategies Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a high-volume environment Proficiency in Greenhouse and Gem is preferred but not required
