To support a growing R&D team, the full-time Senior Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical roles, collaborating closely with hiring managers to attract and secure top-tier talent in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Support hiring across R&D functions by sourcing and closing senior/staff+ technical talent Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities across departments Own the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a world-class candidate experience and optimizing workflows using the ATS Required qualifications 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with deep technical fluency in specialized markets Proven success in a fast-paced environment at a high-growth startup or infrastructure/dev-tool company Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates and engage technical talent communities Strong working knowledge of ATS, preferably Ashby, and sourcing platforms Collaborative mindset with a passion for building diverse, values-aligned teams
