Senior Recruiter, Quantitative Research

As a full-time Senior Recruiter, Quantitative Research, the successful candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Quantitative Research and Data Science teams, partnering with senior hiring managers to attract top-tier talent in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Partner closely with Research and Data Science leadership to support hiring and growth efforts Contribute to sourcing a rich pipeline of PhD-level quantitative research talent Own the candidate experience and manage the offer process with effective closing strategies Required qualifications At least five years of talent acquisition experience with expertise in full-cycle recruitment of investment research talent Experience recruiting PhD-level AI/ML Researcher and Data Science talent preferred Excellent client management skills with a history of developing consultative relationships with stakeholders Track record of contributions at the team level, including mentorship and process improvement Bachelor's degree (a plus) and authorization to work in the United States
