We are rapidly expanding our US team and are seeking a successful, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Senior Recruiter. As a key player in our Company, you will play an important role in the growth and success of PRODIRECT Dental Lab.

We are looking for a Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring top talent to meet our organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

This position requires a proactive approach to recruitment, utilizing various methods to identify potential candidates and ensuring a seamless hiring process. The Senior Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Conduct cold calling to engage potential candidates and promote job opportunities.
• Perform thorough research to identify suitable candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, networking events and job events.
• Develop relationship with local colleges to attend job fairs.
• Develop and update job requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the offer process.
• Assist in succession planning by identifying high-potential employees within the organization for future leadership roles.
• Conduct employee reviews.
• Foster positive employee relations by maintaining open communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Promote company.
