CannonDesign is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support hiring across the firm in the United States on a 12-month temporary basis with a 30–40 hour weekly schedule. You will manage searches from intake to offer, working closely with hiring managers to define roles and ensure a positive candidate experience.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years of recruiting, preferably in AEI or related professional services, strong sourcing skills, and hands-on use of Greenhouse ATS.
