Senior Reconstruction Project Leader

Kustom is seeking a Reconstruction Project Director to lead end-to-end reconstruction projects, owning scope, budget, margins, and client communications. This role partners with field leadership to ensure profitably delivered outcomes while managing risk and change across multiple projects.

Responsibilities include developing scopes, controlling costs, approving changes, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business. Proficiency with Xactimate is required.
