Senior Real Estate Development Leader

Pennrose Properties seeks a seasoned Real Estate Developer to lead multi-faceted market-rate and affordable projects from inception through construction and lease-up. You will head an in-house team and coordinate external financiers, architects, and contractors to deliver on-time, on-budget developments.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and entitlements while ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and efficient decision-making across complex public-private partnerships.
