Senior Real Estate Counsel (In-House)

PDS Health is seeking an experienced in-house counsel to draft, negotiate and manage commercial leases, SNDAs, amendments, and other real estate agreements. You will coordinate with Site Development and operations, and prepare documents for review.

Candidates should have a J.D. and 5+ years in a large corporate setting, with strong drafting, negotiation, and risk mitigation. This role requires independent work, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
