Senior Radar FPGA Firmware Architect

STR is seeking a Lead Firmware Engineer to translate radar requirements into FPGA architectures and implement advanced DSP algorithms. You will design, simulate, and test high-performance FPGA solutions for radar and EW systems, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and mentoring junior engineers.

Ideal candidates have strong Verilog/VHDL experience, DSP expertise, and a track record in FPGA development flows.
