Senior R&D Chemist, Paints & Coatings

Arxada is seeking a Senior Chemist in the Paints & Coatings (P&C) business to advance innovative formulation technologies that support our customers and drive business growth. You will act as a technical leader within project teams, shaping the direction of research while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

You will design and execute experimental programs to develop and optimize chemical formulations, independently analyze complex data, and lead technical
