To support innovative clinical development, the full-time Senior Quantitative Scientist will lead the development and implementation of scalable analytic workflows using complex healthcare data, collaborating cross-functionally to drive real-world evidence generation in a remote or hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Lead the hands-on development of robust analytic workflows and execute high-quality analyses for commercial life science projects Establish best practices in code review, version control, and reproducibility while serving as a technical authority Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate clinical questions into actionable analytic approaches and present findings to stakeholders Required qualifications Master's or Doctorate in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent hands-on experience 5+ years of direct experience with healthcare datasets and advanced analytical methodologies Expertise in R, Python, PySpark, cloud environments (AWS), and Git-based workflows Demonstrated leadership in optimizing technical and analytic workflows Proven track record supporting life sciences or biotech organizations with impactful analytic services
