Key Responsibilities
- Lead and improve quality management processes, including ISO 9001 fundamentals, inspection controls, document management, calibration, and product traceability.
- Manage nonconformance reporting (NCR), root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and supplier quality issues to reduce defects and customer complaints.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to strengthen quality standards, oversee contract manufacturers, and drive measurable process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of manufacturing quality experience, preferably in electronics, electromechanical products, industrial instrumentation, or equipment manufacturing, with strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems.
- Proven experience with supplier quality management, NCR/CAPA, root-cause analysis, inspection procedures, and continuous improvement. xhqgsiq ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, ASQ CQE/CQA, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications are a plus.
