A leading manufacturer is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer with injection molding experience in the Tucson, Arizona area.
Candidates Must Have:
* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field
* 8+ years of Quality Engineering experience
* Must have Plastic molding/manufacturing experience
* Experience in high-volume/Lean manufacturing and New Product Introduction (NPI)
* Strong knowledge of Six Sigma, TQM, process validation, capability studies, and risk assessment
* Experience with supplier quality, incoming inspection, and supplier interactions
* Proficiency with FMEA, PPAP, FAI, Control Plans, 8D, Pareto analysis, and Gage R&R
* Strong statistical analysis, metrology, and measurement systems knowledge
* Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and multitasking skills
