If you have a strong background in manufacturing inspection, enjoy working with precision measurement equipment, and take pride in producing quality work, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoAs a Senior Quality Control Inspector, you'll help ensure our raw materials, machined parts, fabricated components, and finished assemblies meet drawing, customer, and quality requirements.Perform receiving, in-process, First Article, and final inspectionsRead and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, dimensions, and tolerancesUse calipers, micrometers, height gauges, pin gauges, comparators, and other precision measuring equipmentSet up parts and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)Use PC-DMIS to run established CMM programs and create, modify, or reprogram CMM programs as needed for new or existing parts.Accurately document inspection and test resultsIdentify and document nonconforming products or materialsAssist with corrective actions and quality investigationsVerify inspection equipment is properly calibrated and maintainedSupport our Quality Management System (QMS) and internal audit processesCommunicate quality concerns and recurring issues to managementWhat We're Looking ForExperience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and tolerancesExperience using precision inspection and measuring equipmentCMM and PC-DMIS experienceStrong math and measurement skillsExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsBasic computer skills, including Microsoft OfficeAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to prioritize multiple tasks in a manufacturing environmentPreferred QualificationsTraining or certification in the following areas is a plus:GD&TCMM and/or PC-DMISFirst Article Inspection (FAI/AS9102)Calibration or measurement systemsPay & BenefitsPay: $25.00–$35.00 per hour, depending on experienceInSight Manufacturing Services offers a competitive benefits package that includes:Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401(k)Paid HolidaysEmployee Loan ProgramReady to Join the InSight Team?If you're an experienced quality professional who takes pride in precision, accuracy, and getting things right, we'd love to meet you.Apply today to join InSight Manufacturing Services!InSight Manufacturing Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
