We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our team in San Jose, CA, and lead quality assurance efforts as we migrate legacy applications to AI-driven services.
This role is ideal for a quality engineering professional with strong hands-on experience in test automation, speech recognition technologies, and cloud-native architecture.

- Experience Required: 10+ years in QA engineering with a Bachelor’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, or a related field
Key Responsibilities
- Validate the accuracy, performance, and usability of speech recognition models across various accents, dialects, and real-world environments.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test designs, and automation scripts for complex systems.
- Document and track defects, collaborate with development teams on resolution, and conduct rigorous regression testing.
- Conduct end-to-end testing across functional, system, performance, and cloud integration layers within an Agile/Scrum framework.
Technical Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of speech recognition APIs (e.g., Microsoft Azure Speech) and machine learning evaluation principles.
- Hands-on proficiency with test automation frameworks, specifically TestNG.
- Solid experience with Azure Cloud environments, deployment models, and cloud application testing.
- Advanced proficiency with JIRA and standard Agile workflows.
