Senior QA EngineerWe are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer to lead the planning and execution of automated testing initiatives while driving continuous improvement of our quality assurance practices. In this role, you will play a key part in safeguarding product quality, and championing best-in-class QA standards across the software development lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesEnsure the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of all testing efforts across productsCollaborate with and lead cross-functional teams to achieve shared project objectivesDesign, develop, and complete both manual and automated test cases and scriptsBuild automated tests employing frameworks such as Cypress/TaikoCreate reusable, modular scripts that can be applied across multiple automated test suitesReview test cases and procedures to validate coverage and alignment with business requirementsComplete testing activities in accordance with the test plan and overall project goalsCommunicate testing progress, results, and findings clearly and on timeContinuously evaluate and enhance QA practices, including authoring and maintaining process documentation and guidelinesConduct impact analysis and regression testing for software changesStay current with emerging technologies, tools, and QA methodologies, and actively share knowledge with the broader teamQualificationsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience5+ years of combined QA and development experienceStrong proficiency in test automation and scripting.In-depth understanding of QA activities across all phases of the SDLCHands-on experience with either of Selenium, Cypress or TaikoExperience with API testing using Swagger/PostmanFamiliarity with front-end technologies such as AngularExperience testing across multiple platforms, browsers, and mobile devices using AWS testing toolsWorking knowledge of Agile methodologiesStrong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindsetAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectivelyExcellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbalStrong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation abilitiesPreferred Qualities:Prior QA/Development experience in a product development environmentFunctional knowledge of Digital Marketing domainsExceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesProven ability to diagnose and resolve issues quicklyStrong time management skills and ability to take full ownership of tasks and featuresRelevant QA certifications are a plusAdditional InformationWhen You Join Us, We'll Create Something EPIC Together Epsilon is a global data, technology and services company that powers the marketing and advertising ecosystem. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
