Senior QA Engineer (Automation | Performance Testing | AI-Assisted QA)

We're looking for a Senior QA Engineer who can own end-to-end testing, work independently, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality software. This is a hands-on role requiring strong automation, performance testing, and debugging skills in a fast-paced product environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain manual & automated test cases.
• Develop test plans, test strategies, and QA documentation.
• Perform benchmarking, performance, regression, and release testing.
• Reproduce, analyze, and track defects through resolution.
• Create QA dashboards and monitor quality metrics.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Design teams.
• Review application code to improve testing effectiveness.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate testing, debugging, and defect analysis.
• Coordinate testing activities across distributed teams.

Must-Have Skills

• 7+ years of Software QA experience
• Strong Automation Testing background
• Ability to read and understand application code
• Performance / Benchmarking Testing experience
• Experience using AI tools/agents in QA workflows
• Excellent debugging and analytical skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing large-scale consumer or social media applications
• Dashboard creation and QA metrics reporting
• CI/CD and modern automation frameworksExperience working with offshore teams
