Test Data ConsultantResponsibilities:Act as an advisor to leadership to develop or influence applications, database or infrastructure for highly complex business and technical test data coordination, alignment and planning across multiple groupsProvide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant quality enhancing solutionsBuilding an optimized solution to reset test data to original format post-testing in an automated fashion.Building a roadmap to implement solution to resetting test data: from discovery, test phases, assessments, continuous improvementDefine access to test data and access management. Work with QA Engineers to grant and limit test data access appropriately (as defined by product, accounts associated with the software, which areas of the platform they are responsible for testing, etc).Defining measurable KPIs to gauge improvements and performance of data resets against the testing operation.Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies and recommends innovations that enhance operations or provide a competitive advantage to the organizationStrategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadershipDevelopment of target architecture for test data, standards and best practicesWork across LOB unit to understand and evaluate integrations between multiple applications, data dependencies to help identify challenges and solutions to help improve TDM processes, identify automation opportunities and facilitate coordinated testing across impacted applications.Ability to help design and oversee processes such as:Process for intake of test data requirementsFacility to catalog and reuse dataFacility to create synthetic dataResponsible for overseeing batch cycles to load test dataMust Haves:3+ years' experience in Test Data Management, 7+ years overall experienceExperience in test data preparation, management, and refresh/restorationExperience solutioning a means to automate the process of resetting/restoring test dataAbility to build a comprehensive roadmap to implement Test Data Management, define and uphold best practices, and developing meaningful KPIs to measure successAbility to work cross-functionally with FCB Leadership, Project Stakeholders, QA Teams, Data TeamsJira/ConfluenceNice to Have:SmartBear Products (ReadyAPI and TestComplete)
