Driving in-sprint automation with Java and Selenium, the full-time Senior QA Analyst, Claims will ensure quality assurance for assigned initiatives, mentor automation engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize testing processes in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Own the overall roadmap of automation solutions in collaboration with development and QA teams Develop reusable automation components and utilities for test data automation Ensure automation for in-sprint and regression tests in the claims program while generating quality metrics Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field 7 years of experience in quality assurance, with 6 years in in-sprint and regression test automation 5 years of experience in test data automation with health plans 6 years of experience in claims end-to-end lifecycle from a QA standpoint Professional, Academy for Health Care Management (PAHM) Certification
