Experience with architecting, building, deploying, and scaling Docker applicationsSome knowledge of JavaScript libraries such as jQuery and their uses in building complex, interactive experiencesFamiliarity with MVC frameworks (AngularJS, Angular 2+, Backbone.js, or similar) and common JavaScript design patternsFamiliarity with Responsive DesignsExperience using fluid grids, and building responsive websitesMaking use of Cascading Style Sheets CSS3 features & CSS frameworks to implement responsive web designHTML5 including HTML5 API’s / DOMCSS and CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LintStrong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate with other developers and co-workers including distributed team membersThe following qualifications will receive strong preference:Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related fieldHands-on experience with multiple JavaScript libraries and frameworks (jQuery)Client-side UI developmentExperience with HTML5 and CSS3 and popular page layout frameworksResponsive Web Design – Development experienceExperience mentoring junior staff and defining coding standards and best practicesHands-on experience with Responsive Web Design and Web AccessibilityExperience working with large, branded websites, content management systems, E-commerce platforms, and backend frameworks (Java,.NET) is a plusExperience within a large technical organization a plusFamiliarity with Agile concepts in an enterprise setting is a plusFamiliarity with Content Management Systems concepts and architecture a plus.The team and the teams we support are geographically diverse with members across the country and around the world.
