This includes implementing best practices, driving supply chain process improvements, and employing location purchasing teams.Detailed Responsibilities:Maintains "show quality" of all areas at all timesUnderstands all menus, product offerings, packaging and pricingEstablishes rapport with team members, management and partnersEmploys good safety and sanitation practicesPractices proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipmentAchieves daily sales and assigned cost goalsAchieves assigned budget goalsContributes to required daily reportingContributes to the completion of required department reports and assists in compiling information at month-end closingEnsures team members adhere to Levy Company guidelines as stated in the team member training manual and employee handbookEnsures that all security, safety and sanitation standards are achievedEnsures all products are properly stored, rotated and dated in accordance with the Levy guidelinesMonitors inventory procedures for accountabilityUses all performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to teamPromotes a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and moraleInterviews, hires, trains and develops team members according to Levy guidelinesDisplays a positive attitude towards team membersOther responsibilities, as neededJob Requirements:Experience in Supply Chain or PurchasingDegree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality or similar is preferredHigh level of computer literacyExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsCuriosity for new technology and industry trendsCurious about Life at Levy?
