MetaMetrics, Inc., an educational measurement and research company best known for the Lexile and Quantile frameworks, is seeking a Senior Psychometrician to advance our large-scale assessment and learning analytics programs. In this role, you will design, calibrate, and validate assessments using IRT and Rasch models, lead studies on reliability, validity, and fairness, and analyze large educational datasets to inform products used by schools, publishers, and edtech partners worldwide. You’ll collaborate closely with experts in psychometrics, data science, and learning sciences in a research-driven, innovative culture focused on improving student outcomes.
