Senior Provider Engagement Liaison

Representing the Health Plan and Provider relationship at the highest level, the full-time Senior Provider Engagement Liaison will manage complex provider issues, establish strategic partnerships, and ensure a positive provider experience while working remotely from Pennsylvania. Key responsibilities: Serve as the primary relationship manager with providers to promote network retention and positive experiences Onboard new providers, including conducting orientation sessions and addressing inquiries to ensure prompt issue resolution Monitor provider engagement through data analysis and regular meetings, influencing departmental strategy and supporting quality improvement initiatives Required qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required; Bachelor's Degree preferred Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience required Experience in health insurance and provider relations Strong skills in relationship building and communication Ability to perform in-depth analysis and develop strategic plans
