What You'll Do
- Design and build high-performance trading infrastructure in Rust.
- Integrate with centralized and decentralized exchange APIs.
- Build reliable, low-latency systems for real-time trading.
- Optimize performance across critical execution paths.
- Work closely with the founding team on architecture and technical direction.
- Help shape the engineering culture as the company scales.
- Expert-level Rust experience.
- Experience building low-latency, high-performance, or trading systems.
- Experience integrating with financial exchange APIs.
- Strong systems programming background.
- Ability to thrive in a small, fast-moving engineering team.
