The City of Hampton seeks an Assistant Commonwealth Attorney III to join our legal team as a senior prosecutor. You will handle complex criminal cases, mentor junior attorneys, and partner with law enforcement to strengthen public safety and trust in our community.
Applicants must hold a JD from an accredited school, be an active Virginia State Bar member or eligible for admission, and meet background check requirements. A valid Virginia driver's license is also required.
