We are working with the CFO of a Real Estate organization based in Bergen County, NJ. They are looking to add a dynamic Senior Property Accountant to their organization. This company offers a competitive salary w/ benefits including growth potential!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of residential properties.
- Prepare property-level financial statements and reports.
- Review and approve tenant refunds timely
- Update balance sheet, income statements and rent roll reports
- Update AR and AP aging, unapplied cash, bad debt allowance, fixed assets register, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3+ years of Property Accounting preferably residential or mixed-use
- Working knowledge of Yardi
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
COMPENSATION:
$90,000 - $110,000 + Bonus
