We are currently partnering with a premier, growing Residential Real Estate company looking for a Senior Property Accountant in Sandy Springs, GA . This is a hybrid role in the office 2-3 days per week, and offers 3 weeks of PTO to start, and great benefits!

Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, interpret, and analyze monthly financial statements
• Analyze, create, and reconcile reports, including balance sheets, prepaid, capex, property taxes, and insurance
• Prepare the month-end close process
• Journal entries and bank reconciliations
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Transfers, wires/ACHs, and managing payment issues
• Review and code Accounts payable invoices
• Partner with senior leadership on financial projects
• Assist with quarterly/annual audits

Requirements:

• 3+ years of property accounting experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
